The property is a second floor beachfront apartment. It has been newly refurbished and furnished. The soft furnishings are new and have been made specifically for the property. It has panoramic views over Carmarthen Bay and the North Gower Coast from the balcony. The millennium coastal path runs directly in front of the property giving easy access to Burry Port and the Nicholas designed Machynys Golf Course. Parc y Scarlets Rugby ground lies 2 miles to the East, as does Trostre Shopping Park.
The let of the property is a new venture for us, we are excited to share this fantastic location with guests, the property lies between the beach and the North Dock, where keep swimmers are to be seen throughout the year. It is just a great place to spend time, offering great walks, cycling routes, swimming both in the sea and in the Dock. Kite surfers are often to be seen on the beach.
