Stylish beach house situated centrally in quaint village ( West Wittering) on a quiet cul de sac and only very short walk to a sandy beach with dunes which is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. Featured in Living Etc Magazine. House: large open plan living area with sliding doors onto large, contained garden which is perfect for kids. Separate kitchen diner with concrete flooring; underfloor heating throughout. Village has lovely restaurant pub and butcher on small high street. 10 mins drive to Chichester and 15 mins to Goodwood. 1.5 hours from london.

Quaint and quiet village in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - you get away from it all but also have all amenities such as butcher, coffee shop& restaurant and pub with garden, all short walk from house. Lovely Sandy beach with dunes only a short walk away. House is on quiet cul de sac in centre of village
