A lovely 3 bed townhouse with uninterrupted views towards Gower and Swansea Bay. Situated directly on the promenade of Aberavon Beach with a south facing patio. The house is situated on the National Cycle Network and Wales Coastal Path
Quiet residential area at the end of a 1.5mile promenade. There is a year round dog friendly beach adjacent to the house and the huge main beach is dog friendly October to May Alon Bus stop 25m away 1miles to Port Talbot train station Adjacent to the National Cycle Network and Wales Coastal Path. Along promenade you can find a kids splash park(summer only) crazy golf, play park, small skate park, cinema, leisure center and numerous restaurants some re dog friendly
