Property information

Newly renovated, bright and spacious 1 bedroom flat just off the high street in Penzance. New, high quality king size bed, "hotel" style fresh cotton linens and towels. There's a fully functional kitchen, coffee machine etc and great artwork from local artists. Perfectly located and a great base to explore west Cornwall. A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.

Neighbourhood information

Penzance is a vibrant and beautiful place, arty and creative, yet still completely "real Cornwall" It's at the heart of the west penwith peninsula, and is arguably in the centre of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The town is home to cafes, bakeries, independent shops and some brilliant restaurants. St Michael's mount is just in the bay, we have a long promenade, and Penzance is home to Jubilee Pool a large outdoor art deco lido. Newlyn is along the seafront hosting some of the best seafood restaurants around. Mousehole is a short bus ride. Our apartment is located next door to a bakery, bakedpz. They serve amazing bakes, toasties and coffee!
