Set in the heart of Rochester historic high street this beautiful apartment oozes character and charm. Grade II listed and set in a conservation area the apartment is tastefully decorated and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. The comfortable and spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe and dressing table. The modern kitchen has all the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and most importantly a coffee machine.

Parking is pay and display to the rear of the property but free parking locations can be advised ( with map )
Step out of the front door and you are surrounded by countless restaurants, takeaways, gift shops, coffee shops and pubs. The historic Cathedral and Castle are just yards away from your front door. Restoration House and Dickens chalet are just off the high street.
You can choose to have breakfast at Costa coffee which is just next door or have afternoon tea at a choice of tea rooms. Later you can dine out at choice of great restaurants or eat in with some delicious artisan cheeses and meats delivered from the Cheese Room opposite with a great bottle from the Wine Emporium just a few doors away.
Rochester station is a two minute walk from the apartment where you can catch the high speed train to Stratford London (30mins) for shopping at Westfield or alternatively visit historic Canterbury for the day. If you enjoy fish and chips by the seaside, Whitstable is a must. For the keen shoppers, Bluewater is just 25 minutes away by bus. For the keen walkers, Chatham Historic dockyard is just a stones throw away. Explore the river Medway on the Rochester river walk to Aylesford or visit Upnor Castle on the north bank of the river.
