A beautiful ground floor garden suite with exclusive use of private garden. Recently redecorated in mellow Farrow and Ball colours, to complement the stylish soft furnishings. Very comfortable double bed with en-suite shower room. Located at the top of this busy market town just 7 miles from Salcombe, with parks, shops, cafes, restaurants and the estuary a stones-throw away. Superbly located 15 minutes away from lots of local beaches too. Perfect accommodation for a couple.

Lovely friendly local town, not too far from Salcombe and lots of beaches in the area. It’s less than a 10 minute walk into town from the property down a hill to a beautiful estuary walk to the centre of town. There is plenty of free on street parking by the property. The property is a 15 minute drive to the nearest beaches.
