Lovely spacious 2 bedroom house tucked away in the leafy suburb of Prestwich. Located off Summerfield Drive down a cobbled lane, this property is private and will certainy impress. The property is ultra modern, has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and is located over 3 floors, perfect for a larger group. The grand floor boasts a w.c, spacious lounge, separate dining room/kitchen. The first floor boasts 1 bedroom, en suite bathroom and 2 walk in closets. The second floor has a further loft bedroom.
