Welcome to our newly renovated one-bedroom flat, perfect for a cosy and comfortable stay! Located close to the train station for access to central London (20 mins to London Bridge on fast trains), while close to M25 for access to the beautiful Kent / Surrey countryside. This modern retreat offers all the essentials, featuring underfloor heating to keep you warm and toasty, a light and airy design, high-speed WiFi, a king-sized bed and a fully functioning kitchen for all your culinary needs. The kitchen comes with a filtered water tap, kettle, cooker, extractor, full-size fridge, washing machine and combi microwave oven. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are provided.  Access to a large newly built patio and landscape garden with lawn. The garden area will be shared with us. Parking is free on the street directly outside the house, parking restriction applies between 1pm - 2pm during weekdays only. We are in ULEZ. Our nearest train station is Chelsfield (5 minutes' walk away), within zone 6, oyster card / contactless card payments accepted. Orpington station is 7 minutes' drive way, also within zone 6, oyster card / contactless card payments are accepted. Direct trains between London main stations and Chelsfield station or Orpington station. Fast trains to Chelsfield run during morning and evening rush hours. It's easily accessible via car, we are just off M25, 6 mins drive once you get off junction 4. High chair, cot bed or toddler bed, bedside crib available upon request. Please note that the king-sized bed (150cm wide) has an orthopaedic mattress in extra firm.
