A modern fully furnished and equipped studio apartment in a semi rural location with parking and private entrance. Perfectly situated for any kind of break. Just 10 minutes from Wroxham and the A47, and 15 minutes from Norwich City. Beautiful costal locations are approximately 30 minutes by car.
The apartment adjoins my main home (there is a connecting door but this is strictly out of use when guests are staying) There is a key safe outside for flexible arrivals and for use if I am unable to welcome you personally (I work full time so weekday bookings may be self check in). Check in and out times are 4pm and 10am. I will hopefully be around to say hello and to deal with any queries you may have, but you will otherwise be left to enjoy your space.
I moved to Norfolk a several years ago for a change in lifestyle and a better future for my two young boys, I always wanted to dabble in hospitality and now I have the chance to share a small piece of my countryside home.
I look forward to welcoming you.
A quiet, semi rural location so a car is advisable but cabs and public transport are available to and from either the city or Wroxham. Tesco Extra, Co-op and other village stores are a short drive away along with some nice pubs and eateries.
There is a park and ride just a 5 minute drive away which takes you into Norwich. Nearby bus stops also serve Norwich, Wroxham and beyond. A great location for exploring the Broads, visiting the wonderful city of Norwich, a day at the coast or just enjoying the pleasant Norfolk countryside.
