A charming and cozy studio flat, thoroughly designed to offer a warm and welcoming space. This accommodation offers an elegant living with high-end features and a sophisticated atmosphere. It is sleek, stylish, and full of natural light. This contemporary studio flat is a deal for lodgers who love modern living in a vibrant setting. Located in the quiet area surrounded with parks, where one of the parks has free gym equipment. Short walk to busstops leading to O2 arena, North Greenwich station, Woolwich, Blackheath, Charlton station, Lewisham and central London. Close to supermarket, post office and other off-licence shops. Free parking on the street. The property is semi-detached and has its own private entrance, Large private bathroom and toilet, towel, hair dryer, private kitchen with several cooking utensils, cutleries, champagne glasses, microwave, electric kettle, bread toaster, fridge/freezer, washer dryer machine, washing detergent, washed clothes hanger, wardrobe with hangers, double bed with 4 soft pillows, flat screen TV with Netflix, free WiFi, table with chairs, central heating system and stand alone backup heating system, standing fan, ironing board with iron, flowers to give style to the accommodation. As a welcome courtesy we provide bottles of water in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits on the table. We also provide some cooking spices in the kitchen area. Indeed it is a home away from home.
I am a kind, warm and welcoming host who enjoys outdoor activities especially parks. I like listening to cool music and reading. I am very family oriented.

One of the parks offers free children swimming pool during summer.
