A fabulous modern town house in the centre of the historic town of Knutsford with 3 secure parking spaces. Located in a quiet mews off Knutsford's famed 'King Street' the location of this property cannot be oversold. A short stroll from the 1000 acre estate of Tatton Park with stunning countryside to explore. The house is stumbling distance from the numerous restaurants and bars of Knutsford.

Located in the heart of Knutsford, part of Cheshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’. A short walk to the numerous bars, restaurants & boutique shops it is famed for. It is also very close to the entrance to the 1000 acre Tatton Park. One of the UKs most complete historical estates with a Tudor Old Hall, a neo-classical mansion and 50 acres of landscaped gardens. The Moor, (a public park with large children’s play area and duck pond) is a great open space and is right next to the development. Every conceivable amenity is on your doorstep including an Aldi and a Booths supermarket. Knutsford is close to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester with excellent road and rail links so it’s a great base for exploring the north west. All of Knutsford is within easy walking distance of the house, including Tatton Park. There is plenty of free parking in Knutsford and the train has direct routes to Manchester and Chester. Knutsford is located just off junction 19 of the M6 so accessibility by car is also excellent.
