Enjoy a relaxing and stylish experience at this centrally-located house in Long Eaton. Walking distance to Tesco and Asda and many more shops. A short drive to Nottingham City Centre with access to public transport - 6mins from Long Eaton train station. 6mins drive to Attenborough nature park and 5mins Chilwell retail park. The space is thoughtfully presented. The living area boasts of modern styled décor, flat screen Smart TV with Netflix to aid your relaxation. Comfortable with sofa and height adjustable chair. Fully equipped Kitchen with all the essentials including full set pots and utensils. It offers you a homely feel with ease of making hot meals and snacks home away from home. And for coffee lovers, there is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto with assorted coffee pods. Two comfortable bedrooms, designed and furnished to offer you the comfort and rest needed after a day's activities. The comfortable crisp sheets and linen aimed to ensure sweet dreams throughout your stay. Our home is equipped with one three piece bathroom with a shower over bath and a downstairs toilet with a sink. All essential toiletries have been provided. The property has one allocated parking, it does not come with a garden.

I enjoy hosting in it's entirety not just for commercial gains but for friends and family as well. I am most certain you will find our place comfortable and relaxing during your stay and I will be making sure of that.
Long Eaton is a mix of the charming, modern, and tried and true. The main park is West Park which has a café and neighbours West Park Leisure Centre. Long Eaton holds an annual "Chestnut Fair" in November. In a tradition which started in 1931, the town hosts an annual Carnival each year – currently on the third Saturday in June. The event commences with a parade of floats, decorated vehicles and walkers in fancy dress, which circulates round the town. It continues in the afternoon and evening with a range of entertainment, stalls and a funfair on the Carnival showground on West Park. There are several family attractions including the Spring Lakes Water Sports Centre, Attenborough Nature Reserves and Wollaton Hall and Park.
