We are Pat and Ali, we have lived in East Devon for almost two decades now and we bought this house originally at auction and restored it ourselves over the course of eight years.

A short 10-minute drive takes you to the renowned lace town of Honiton, while the picturesque Victorian seaside town of Sidmouth is only 15 minutes away. Spend your days exploring the stunning UNESCO Jurassic Coast, with nearby beaches including Beer, Branscombe, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton, and the family favourite, Exmouth. The area is also a paradise for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers, with numerous coastal paths, cycle trails, and the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park within easy reach. The farmhouse also features two friendly resident cats, who usually reside in the boot room but can be comfortably relocated to a nearby barn if preferred.
