The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, The Barn is a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden on the banks of the River Witham. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 55” HD TV and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful.

Liz and Rob moved into White House Farm on the banks of the River Whitham in 2019. In the grounds was a barn dating back to the 18th century. It is this barn that has been renovated into a very unique holiday let. Features a King bed on mezzanine over the main lounge, private garden and direct access to the River Whitham. Owners usually on site if not, always available on cell phone

Lincolnshire is home to many of the UK’s finest beaches and nature reserves. From Frampton Marsh to Donna Nook, visitors may be treated to sights of Eagles or Gray Seals. It is also RAF country with RAF Coningsby and the home of the dam busters less than 15 minutes away. The historic towns of Lincoln, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa are all close by and the Market Town of Boston is just 5 miles from the farm and offers all manner of shops and conveniences. However, there are also a number of excellent farm shops close by that sell a variety of locally produced and grown meat, fruit and vegetables.
