Honestly I am boring, I love coca-cola way to much, but apart from that I dont really have much to say about myself. As with all welsh people we are friendly bunch and love to talk. We have a lockbox check in system but quite often I will meet you at the property to give you a guided tour and have a chat.

Brand new to holiday/short term let in the heart of the renowned Mumbles, of Swansea is Belmont House. 5 apartments built to add something different for anyone looking to stay in Mumbles, with or without Family. We have a ground floor 1 bed Studio apartment (Seperate Kitchen and Bathroom) A ground floor 1 bed apartment - seperate bedroom and Bathroom A first floor family friendly 2 bed apartment (one bedroom with bunk beds for the kids and the master bedroom with a superkingsize bed) A first floor stylish 2 bed apartment with a superkingsize 4 posterbed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (both bedrooms en-suite) on the 2nd floor is 3 bed (2 x double bed 1 x bunk bed) family friendly apartment with living room and kitchen in one to make sure that the family are able to relax and cook together. the entire building has Free superfast broadband, smart TVs and a lift to service all floors. we can offer you parking (in our own private car park - it is first come first served because parking is limited. NOTE our parking is 125 yards from our building and up a hill.

Neighbourhood information

When you visit Belmont House you will agree its location is everything. Situated directly opposite the Bay and coastal path, literally 5 minutes walk to the victorian pier, with its new big wheel or "Mumbles Eye" or 2 minutes walk the other way to the hustle and bustle of the local shopping centre. World renowned Joes ice cream on the doorstep, Mumbles Castle only a couple of minutes walk, so much to do in the local area from visiting the beach, to crazy golf, or for the adults all the restaurants and local public houses all within a few mins walk. Mumbles has been voted in the top ten trendiest villages to visit in the UK many times including this year.
