A Private room in a family home, situated in a pretty village with a Pub that serves delicious food, a shop and direct access to the Downs link cycle path which can take you to Guildford or Shoreham by Sea. With Horsham just 5 miles away, it has two Cinemas and aTheatre, great shops and a huge choice of Restaurants and Eateries as well as a great shopping center. Gatwick Airport is 30 mins by car, Heathrow 1hr 20. Trains from Horsham go to Gatwick, London and the coast. Goodwood is 23 miles by car. There are many footpaths and Bridleways for keen walkers. The Guest room is a lovely bright and airy room with a very comfortable King Size bed which gets the morning sun. The bathroom is next to the bedroom which is at the front of the house with easy access to the front door and driveway. Guest access There is offroad parking at the front of the house. The Guest room is accessed via the front door and up one flight of stairs . The bathroom is on the same landing next to the bedroom. Other things to note There are secure buildings on site that can be used to store push bikes or motorbikes which are behind gates that are locked at night. There are two dogs in the house.

I have lived in Slinfold for 29 years and bought up four sons with my husband Graham. We are keen walkers, motor bikers, cyclists and have had horses for 20 years but sadly no longer own our own . We have recently started hosting and are enjoing meeting the lovely people that we had staying with us.

Slinfold is a quiet Village with a Pub that serves good food and has a lovely Garden . There is also a village shop and post office. There are many lovely walks around the village and area. The downs link runs through the center of the village which is perfect for both Cycling and walking.
