The building was refurbished and open for use from Winter 2022. There are six apartments in the building, four of the apartments are managed by Bliss Stay. They are Tourism NI Certified. They have been finished to a high, comfortable and stylish standard and I hope you find your stay enjoyable. If there is anything needed during your time in Belfast, please ask, and will do my best to accommodate this.

I started out as a host in 2024 and hope to make guests welcome to the apartment, to Belfast and Northern Ireland. I’ve shown family and friends around Belfast and Northern Ireland and can offer my advice on how to get the most of your time in the city. I enjoy being a tourist in Belfast and exploring new venues, events, areas so I can offer advice for guests. I like good food, live music as well as the fresh air with a walk, so can point you in the right direction if that’s of interest. My must have activities for visitors include walking up Cavehill to view Belfast and visiting St. Georges Market at the weekend.

From the apartment, it is a short walk to the beautiful Botanic gardens, Ulster museum and Queens university. You can find number of coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby on Botanic avenue. The city centre is a short distance on foot or by Uber, or take the train from Botanic to go further and explore Northern Ireland, trains are regular. Botanic Gardens is a public garden in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It occupies 28 acres of south Belfast and is popular with office workers, students and tourists. The gardens are located on Stranmillis Road in Queen's Quarter, with Queen's University nearby. The Ulster Museum is located at the main entrance. The gardens have tropical plants, giant bird feeders, a rose garden, an alpine garden, mature trees, flower beds and sculptures. The place was established in 1828 by the Belfast Botanic and Horticultural Society, in response to public interest in horticulture and botany
