Deceptively spacious, modern family run guest house, set in a relaxing almost rural environment, just a short walk to Coleshill’s town centre with a wealth of shops and quality eating places for your evening meal. ALL ROOMS EN-SUITE – FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND – FREE ON-SITE PRIVATE PARKING. Open 24 hours, our breakfast room is stocked daily. Guests may order a takeaway or prepare their own evening meal, a lockable cupboard for all guests is also available upon request. Each room has a designated tray in the fridge for guests occupying each room to use. The breakfast room overlooks the pond to the front of the property and is equipped with a Microwave oven, Fridge/Freezer, large toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, dining tables and comfy seating. We are a strictly no smoking building. Smokers please note the smoking area is outside, there is a table and 2 seats by the pond.
