The property offers a heart-of-the-town location in Dumbarton in a traditional stone tenement building. It’s in a respected area of the town, with off street parking available. An excellent two bed property; one double bed, one single, that has been professionally renovated to a high standard. Both bedrooms have a generous amount of storage space. The apartment is decorated in an urbane and cultivated style giving a comfortable and calm feel to the rooms. A compact kitchen provides all the equipment and utensils to cook and be self-catering with a table in the sitting room to dine at. The bathroom, finished in all-white, has a shower over the bath and a white pedestal basin, and a toilet. The sitting room has a very generously sized sofa and a matching armchair. There is a large flat screen TV, with Freeview and pay-per-view movies on demand. In addition, there is FREE Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and off-site FREE parking.

The beauty of this location, right on the banks of the River Clyde, with the River Leven running alongside the town, is you are on the door-step to take a short drive to Loch Lomond and visit the Trossachs National Park, just a few miles north on the A82.
