Bourne House Luxury Self Contained Accommodation with own private entrance and off road parking near Rugby, Lutterworth & Coventry. Catthorpe Manor and Stanford Hall 2 miles away. Only 40 mins drive to Silverstone, Birmingham and Leicester. Ideal for exploring the region or traveling for business. Excellent transport links and within walking distance of the local village pub and fabulous countryside. Enjoy in the privacy and comfort in the apartment, which is more spacious than a hotel room, high-speed WiFi and space to work if you need to.
Management is always available for our guests needs
Swinford is a nucleated village in Leicestershire with a population of c600. The Norman 12th Century Church, Village Green and Village Hall with regular events. The Chequers Pub serves home made food & real ale, entertainment, tradition pub games, garden and marque for large events. Close to Catthorpe, with a fabulous farm shop, cafe, flower and gift shop. Stanford Hall, Catthorpe Manor and Kilworth House are close by. Rugby has a range of shopping, including Elliot Park about 10 minutes drive away. The museum and visitor centre has displays and information about the game of Rugby and how it started at Rugby School. For visitors to Magna Park and DIRFT, we are situated about 10 mins drive away. Excellent transport links by rail to London in 55 minutes direct, Birmingham Internation Airport in 22 minutes, direct from Rugby Railway Station. Easy access to M1, M6, A15 and A5 to explore Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Leicester, Cambridge, Birmingham. Birmingham International Airport and East Midlands Airport within 40 minute drive We are close to cycling routes and walking routes.
