The kitchen includes a full size dining table to dine 12 comfortably along with a lounge space and breakfast bar for drinks. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast if not out at one of the many local eateries! Only minutes away from East Preston here you will find plenty of local restaurants, pubs, cafe's and takeaway. Angmering train station is 1.5 miles away on foot and has direct routes to London, Brighton and Chichester. Brackenside is also perfectly situated to Angmering Park Estate and Selden Barns - a popular local wedding venue; within easy walking distance Brackenside is a great house for wedding guests to book up and share.
