Fresh 1 Bed studio guest suite annex, ground floor in this peaceful green cul-de-sac. Underfloor heating, living space double bed and sofa, separate kitchen and shower room. Private guest access and one car park space on driveway is avalable for free. Ideal for professionals, study and travel, BandQ Headquarters Eastleigh and ASDA superstore (6min walk) Super for adventuring into Southampton ~5miles, Winchester ~ 7miles, Romsey ~6miles and New Forest Motorway M27 and M3 as well as the A34 are close at hand.
I enjoy cooking, dressmaking, crochet and yoga as my main hobbies
The area is green and leafy, very quiet in cul-de-sac.
