•Newly renovated, the cottage features an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area which is modern and inviting, with character features, perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. •Well-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances. •Cosy dining area adjacent to the kitchen with table for 8. Charming glass patio door leads out to the leafy rear courtyard. •Log burning stove for those cosy nights in. Bedrooms: •Bedroom one on the first floor with king-size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. •Bedroom two on the first floor has twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. •Bedroom three on the first floor has full size bunk beds, ideal for kids! And has hanging space and chest of drawers. •The fourth bedroom on the second floor is reached with a staircase with a slightly steeper incline, adding to the cottages character. The bedroom has sloping rooflines, king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, smart TV and views over the village an fells beyond. Bathrooms: •First floor family bathroom with modern design and character touches. Large walk-in shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail, and illuminated mirror. •Second floor luxurious space with a freestanding double-ended bath, corner shower, twin basins, WC, heated towel rail, and illuminated mirror. Outdoor Space: •Small seating area to the rear. •Parking for one car in the local long stay car park, permit provided. Further parking can be found on-street nearby.
