Company information

Charles and Charlotte began their hospitality business in 2010 with just 1 room in their modest farmhouse. On moving to Breedon Hall, this ‘hobby’ became a mainstream revenue stream by adding a further 4 bedrooms and 3 holiday cottages. Charlotte is cordon bleu trained and has run her own catering business for nearly thirty years. She has never had to advertise! Charles had a first career in the armed forces then switched to construction, finally leaving the industry in 2013. Both now run their businesses together, fortunately having compatible skillsets!

Neighbourhood information

The hall is situated in the middle of Breedon village which boasts two pubs - one, The Three Horseshoes is an Alastair Sawday french bistro style ‘gastropub’, the other the Hollybush Inn, a traditional English pub with low ceilings and craft ales. Both welcome dogs. There is a post office/small store. Award winning Breedon Priory Spa is within 15 mins walk in next door Wilson village. Donington Race Course is 7 minutes drive away, the same venue that hosts the Download Festival each June.
