    The Annexe is a large barn type structure with large living room/kitchen, large bedroom and patio for your sole use. Fully equipped kitchen and a few essentials are provided. Very clean and new. Allocated parking. Could happily stay for longer.

Situated in Mid Suffolk in the village of Elmswell with easy access to A14 and Haughley Park wedding venue. 15 mins walk to train station on Cambridge to Ipswich line, local shops, pub and takeaways. The Annexe is well placed for exploring Suffolks market towns, coast and tourist attractions and only 15 minutes drive to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds. We are in a good area for cycling on quiet country roads. There are several big supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive and a local Co-Op. It is a new self build to a good standard and is comfortable with a pleasant outside patio area for relaxing or dining. Underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere in the colder months.
We are friendly but would prefer if you text or e-mail us with any problems or questions, unless you see us outside. We are bellringers and practice locally on a Tuesday evening if you are interested. The Annexe is screened from the main garden, but we do sometimes sit in our garden although we will try to be discreet. Please feel comfortable to sit outside the Annexe at any time.
There are lots of nice country pubs, villages and walks around this part of Suffolk. We have books of walks in The Annexe.
