Our property has a energy rating of C and is in a great location and is based over 3 floors. It has two double rooms and a large room with 2 sets if bunk beds in. There is also a patio area at the back of the property where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
I love socializing and being around people. My day to day job is a tennis coach ( so if you want any lessons whilst in Brighton let me know). i enjoy most sports and spending time with my family and friends.
The property is in the centre of Brighton and close to everything you need. The neighbours are really nice and friendly and we expect our guest to respect them by keeping to the noise curfew ( which is no noise between 11pm-7am) and also during those times the patio is out of bounds.
