Brohar Annexe is a self-contained flat situated next to the owner's house. It has beautiful views over the golf course, city of Inverness and beyond to Ben Wyvis. The apartment is detached from the owner's house and is accessed via its own front door meaning you can come and go as you please. Parking is directly outside the apartment (please park in front of the left hand garage). It has 1 king size bedroom and a king size corner sofa bed in the open plan living room/kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and also a separate shower with basin and toilet. A travel cot and high chair is also available. Guests have full and private access to the apartment. There is free parking for up to 2 cars and a secure area for storing bicycles. Brohar Annexe is situated just one mile from Raigmore Hospital and is within a very short walking distance of the Fairways restaurant and golf driving range. Please note the apartment is located up a flight of stairs and is self catering. Smoking outside only. Dog friendly (max of 2 pets). Additional cleaning fee of 10 per pet paid to host on arrival. We do not accept cats.

Brohar Annexe is situated almost in the middle of the golf course but still within the limits of the city of Inverness. It has fantastic views over the city but is situated on a private track meaning it is also quiet and peaceful.
