Brookdale House offers an exceptional self-catering experience for up to 6 guests. Whether you're looking to explore the natural beauty spots of North Cornwall or simply relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. Brookdale House is a home away from home, the perfect place to create special memories. With it's attention to detail Brookdale House offers all the facilities and features you would expect of a superior Holiday Home to guarantee a relaxing and comfrotable stay. The ground floor has two cosy sitting rooms with natural daylight coming in from the two bay windows overlooking the beautifully manicured front garden. A fully fitted modern kitchen with combined diner, a separate utility rooms, and three bright and spacious double en-suite rooms on the upper floor. At the rear of the property is a charming garden the perfect spot to relax and unwind whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple, eating from the BBQ alfesco style. The house is full of Edwardian charm whilst offering all the modern-day amenities to compliement a relaxing stay. There is free parking on-site for 2 cars and WIFI throughout.
Chris & Debbie have been running a B&B from Brookdale House for 14 years and have now decided to let the house out for self -catering so all our guests can enjoy the whole house to relax and unwind in their own private space. It's a pleasure to welcome guests to Brookdale House and to get to know a little more about our guests and share with them the delights that our part of Cornwall has to offer. Our many hobbies include travelling, especially around Cornwall, enjoying sightseeing and walking the many beautiful areas that Cornwall has to offer. Visiting National Trust properties and gardens, cycling and walking along our coastal and inland trails. We play tennis at our local tennis club situated in a beautiful park area. We also enjoy time out in our small boat motoring up the River Camel.
Wadebridge is a picturesque riverside town steeped in history, once a thriving market town famous for its wool trade, and surrounded by many opportunities to relax and enjoy the area, whether it is shopping, eating, walking, playing sport or just sitting relaxing around Wadebridge. Wadebridge has many unique shops, lovely countryside and is close to stunning beaches, with plenty of other attractions close by making Wadebridge a desirable place to base your holiday from. The Camel Trail is a tremendous attraction running through the town as it meanders for 19 miles along the Camel Estuary and the river bank on the old railway line site from Bodmin Moor to Padstow. The trail is great for waking, cycling and horse back riding, with changing views along the trail from rugged moorland, through green valleys and onto the beautiful Camel Estuary. We are situated just 2 minutes from the town centre and are within easy driving distance of beaches, golf courses, coastal and country walks and with easy driving distance of Padstow, Port Isaac, Boscastle, Tintagel, Rock, Polzeath, Lanhydrock House, Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project and many other attractions Cornwall has to offer.
