PLEASE read on...
* Bryn Mair Terrace is set up for family groups - unfortunately we cannot accommodate parties/ stag/ hen gatherings or groups that might disturb our neighbours. The house is a mid terrace and we have resident neighbours on both sides so we ask that the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am be respected and that the cinema lounge be vacated by 11pm. The neighbours live in the top floor of their house and being a Victorian build - the walls are not particularly sound proof.
