★Guests will be required to complete a registration form, sign standard terms and conditions and submit Government issued identification★ ★Damage deposit should be pre-authorized through our deposit link★ ★ SELF CHECK-IN - The keys to the home are in the lockbox that can only be accessed with the code we will send before your arrival once all booking requirements are completed.★ There is an exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the front door★ Burnett House is a stunning 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, with large windows spanning across the rooms accentuating the sea view. The apartment looks out onto the beach below. The views are so great due to the apartment being on the third floor. This does however mean you will be required to climb some stairs up to the property, although once greeted with those views as soon as you open the front door, it is breathtakingly worth it.

Neighbourhood information

The property is situated close by to Sellafield, Westlake’s science park and Whitehaven so is an ideal base for those working in the area. It can also provide the perfect base for a holiday in the lakes with Wasdale being only a short drive from the property which is home of the deepest water- Wastwater, the smallest church and the tallest mountain in England-Scafell Pike. The beautiful village of Ravenglass is also a short drive from the property, or a convenient train journey, where you will find the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, a lovely Estuary with pubs, eateries and an Ice-cream shop.
