Refurbished 3rd-floor apartment with spectacular views over the Forth, with the magnificent rail bridge clear on the horizon. Perfect location for all. The train station and scenic harbour are just 200 metres from the door, High st is a 3 min walk, and the beautiful blue flag beach is just a 9min stroll. St Andrews is accessible in under 1 hr by car or train and Edinburgh city centre is just 35mins. Plenty locally for all ages, or just relax in the airy lounge watching the boats go by.
I live quite local so I know the area a fairly well and happy help in any way I can. I've spent a lot of time trying to make it somewhere I would like to stay and just hope others enjoy it just as much as I do. I try to make sure every guest is comfortable and has the best experience.
Location is key with the scenic harbour, high st and railway platform on the doorstep. The high st has everything you need, with shops , cafes , bars, amusement arcade and the famous links park funfair is at the end until late August. Burger island - finalist of the British take away award 2021 A Leisure centre with pool and flumes. Lovely walks on the fife coastal trail , along to the beautiful next town Aberdour or Kinghorn. Offering bus links and only 10 min drive to the M90 for quick access to all the central belt Cities. A short drive to scenic Ellie beach and village , Loch Leven nature reserve and Lochore Meadows are just some of the local attractions. Affordable and comfortable 35 min train ride to the heart of the Edinburgh festival Set at the end of quiet cul de sac, there are walkways from the front street to all amenities. Parking in the immediate street has a stay of two hours between 9..00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with no return within one hour. There are no restrictions on nearby streets if needed so doesn't cause much of an issue.
