Thought to have been the original Butlers apartment - Flat 5 in Dalmore House (1873), was recently refurbished in 2019. Style touches of design flair make this the perfect solution for those seeking luxury short term accommodation when visiting the west of Scotland. Flat 5 is an impressive (700sqft) first floor one bedroom landmark apartment within an A Listed historic ‘Mansion House’ on the western fringes of the picturesque 'Garden Town' of Helensburgh. Complemented by many original defining architectural features and retaining a sense of grandeur, synonymous with homes of this period, please feel free to use the well maintained garden grounds. The apartment has a spacious reception room with stylish new furniture including a sofa, ottoman, flatscreen tv and dining table, whilst a sumptuous King size bed with super cooler duvet with Egyptian cotton sheets await you in the bedroom. The newly fitted kitchen has everything you'll need including fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lastly, the shower room has been sympathetically laid out to provide a new large ‘walk in’ shower with extractor fan, pedestal sink, and loo. Cotton towels are supplied.

Dalmore House is positioned less than one mile to the west of central Helensburgh where you will find a fantastic selection shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and a broad range of sports clubs and recreational facilities, all of which are within a short distance from the flat. Further out from Helensburgh town, the rural scenery unfolds with Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park having no less than 220 miles of mountains, glens, woodlands and lochs. The wonderfully diverse Stirling & Forth Valley is well worth visiting too. There is the stunning A82 route along the side of Loch Lomond, perfect for walking, running, cycling and driving.
