Having recently been renovated, Byelands House is now ready to welcome guests and make them feel at home. Embrace the comforts of the living room by relaxing on the sofa while watching your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. There's also a dinning area for you to enjoy your freshly prepared evening meals. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, so guests can take full advantage of the self-catering experience. A modern look is reflected in this space with its smooth wooden worktops and shinny grey cabinets. For your convenience, the kitchen leads to a private yard with outdoor seating. Guests at Byelands House can expect a good night's sleep in all four bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms with plush bedding, and one single room with relaxing settings. The three doubles all feature flat screen smart TV's that gives you access to Netflix and other streaming apps so you can keep following that series that’s got you hooked even while you’re away from home. There is a walk in shower on the upper floor of the house.

Byelands house is within easy walking distance to the award winning Teesside University. Its also within easy reach of the Captain Cook Birthplace Museum and the Riverside stadium. The James Cook University Hospital is a short 6 Minute drive via Marton Rd. Teesside International Airport is a 17 minute drive via the A66, while Newcastle airport can be reached in an hour by car.
