Welcome to our clean and comfortable two-bedroom terraced home — perfect for budget-conscious travellers, contractors, and working professionals. The house offers two cosy bedrooms, a relaxing living area with TV, and a well-equipped kitchen for simple meals. Conveniently located just off the A1, near the Angel of the North and Beamish Museum, and equidistant from Durham, Newcastle, and Sunderland — ideal for exploring or working in the region. We maintain a high standard for all guests. A refundable security deposit may be required before arrival.
Although the property is fully self check-in, we have a local property manager nearby who can assist with any issues during your stay. We aim to provide a smooth, hassle-free experience and are always happy to help where needed while also respecting your privacy.
The house is located in a quiet residential area just off the A1, making it easy to reach Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and nearby business or leisure destinations. Local shops and takeaways are a short walk away, and there’s convenient access to public transport. It’s a peaceful base for work or rest, close to major routes yet tucked away from the noise of city centres.
