This attractive flat is situated in the quiet village of Coaltown of Balgonie, near Glenrothes in the Kingdom of Fife. It boasts 2 very spacious bedrooms. Each with an integral living area with Smart TV, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It is located within a few minutes walk from a supermarket and a delightful country pub The Balgonie Arms. The popular hotel and wedding venue The Balbirnie House is 2.5 miles away.

Neighbourhood information

Coaltown of Balgonie is a late 18th-century mining and weaving village. The property is situated back from the main street and as such is very quiet. The local family-run village pub does excellent traditional pub grub, live music evenings and has a beer garden There is ample on-street parking available. The village is just off the A92 allowing easy access to Dunfermline and Edinburgh to the south and Dundee to the north. It is served locally by the No.45 Stagecoach bus to Glenrothes.
