Beautiful ground floor, two bed apartment situated right in the heart of Broughty Ferry. Excellent transport links with the bus stop and train station nearby. Private off street parking. Gas central heating, all mod cons. Comfortable and modern build with fast wifi, smart TV, coffee machine, etc. Period property with lots of original character.
