Property information

Brand new flat in the centre of bustling Dundee, just minutes walk from the V&A, waterfront, concert venues and shops. It’s a perfect pad for both couples and families visiting the city. The collapsible dining table can be set up for either 2 or 4 and the second bedroom provides the flexibility of two single beds which can be pushed together. The modern decor provides a bright and airy feeling. Open plan living/ kitchen/ diner. The living room has a large, comfortable 3-4 seater sofa. The dining table can be easily set up for either two or four people. The kitchen is well equipped with a brand new oven, hob, microwave and large fridge/ freezer. You will be able to find everything that you need in terms of pots, pans, utensils and cutlery in the cupboards. There is a HD smart TV but please note that it currently doesn’t have an aerial connection, so only streaming services are available (iPlayer, Netflix etc) through a guest’s own login details. Bedroom 1 - king size bed and modern slatted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - two single beds which can be pushed together (as shown in the photo). This room also contains a large wardrobe. Bathroom - new large, walk-in Mira shower in a modern bathroom suite. The hall has plenty of storage with large floor to ceiling wardrobes and a shoe rack. Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a tranquil courtyard with beautiful views of the Cathedral but right in the heart of the city. Five minutes walk one way and you reach the Waterfront and a history lover's dream with the recently opened V&A Museum, together with RRS Discovery, Captain Scott's ship for his first exploration of the Antarctic. There is a beautiful walkway with stunning views over the River Tay. Five minutes walk the other way and you are right in the heart of the city centre, with its lively café culture and many restaurants and bars. Dundee is a big student city, so the High Street is vibrant and full of life. It is also great for shopping - popular for designer brands and High Street labels, interspersed with paved alleyways and an eclectic mix of more specialist retailers which draw shoppers from far and wide. Everything that you could need in Dundee is within walking distance but if you want to travel further afield and discover more of what Scotland has to offer, Dundee train station is 5 minutes walk. Parking is plentiful - there is both on-street parking and a car park at the end of the road but note that charges apply.
