It is located within the heart of Dumbarton and central to St James Retail Park, has 4 surrounding supermarkets, close to 3 train stations and a 2min walk from Dumbarton High St. The property is unique as this used to form part of the shipbuilding era in the mid 1800's and later became part of the prominent Whiskey distillery in Dumbarton. It also overlooks the castle and football stadium and you can hear the crowds cheer on the odd occasion.
The area is predominantly retail with a few residential on the same street.
