Property information

A beautiful, Edwardian country house with stunning views of Exmoor, the Bristol Channel and the West Somerset Steam Railway. All our rooms are on the first floor and are en-suite with either a bathroom (with shower over the bath) or shower room. Fabulous views from all the windows and a lovely seating area on the front lawn.

Neighbourhood information

Historic Dunster Castle and Dunster itself is an absolute must see. A trip on the West Somerset Steam train, through the lovely countryside, from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard stopping at various stations en-route. Leave the car at Cedar House and walk. There are a number of walks from the village to Watchet or Minehead along the Mineral Line or into Roadwater. Head, by car, over Exmoor to Lynton and Lynmouth and enjoy the peace of the Watersmeet walk. Horner Woods, Porlock and Porlock Weir, the Bakerlite Museum at Williton and the cider farm at Torre are all fantastic places to visit.
