Welcome to our cosy 2 bedroom fully furnished terraced home on Lincoln Road, perfectly located just a short stroll from Lancaster Train Station (2 min walk) and the city centre (5 min walk) A warm & well equipped 2 bedroom house for up to 4 guests. Please note we have a no pets policy, Our property has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. • Fresh bed linen and towels provided before every stay. • hand wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, cooking oil, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar & milk provided. • Smart TV with Netflix included (all other apps will require your own login). • Super Fast Wi-fi broadband. • Kitchen equipped with cafetiere, microwave, kettle, toaster, also other necessary appliances including an iron, ironing board, a washing machine, fridge-freezer. Pots, pans and further necessary equipment provided for cooking basics. • Main bedroom features King Size Bed, smart TV with Netflix included. 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds. No TV in here. A travel cot can be provided if needed but you will need your own mattress and bedding for it as for safety reasons we cannot provide these. A high chair can be provided also. These need to be requested at booking. There will be no safety gates available for the stairs. Parking Information: On-street parking is available for free, but it's residents' permit only. We can provide a permit for the duration of your stay. To ensure this, a fully refundable deposit is required the week before check-in. This deposit will be returned to you in full after check-out, provided the permit is returned. If you're interested, please let us know in advance to arrange the permit and deposit. Child Safety Information Please note that our property is not ideally suited for very young children. It is not childproofed, and there are no specific safety measures like corner protectors or stair gates, please consider this before booking our property.
