A beautiful eighteenth century cottage with a fabulous mix of modern fixtures complemented by original features throughout in the heart of the award-winning conservation village of Cawthorne. The cottage is immaculately presented and equipped with a large bespoke open-plan kitchen diner with the following amenities: Wine Cooler Washer and Dryer Dishwasher Iron & Ironing Board Double Oven Induction Hob Fridge Microwave Wok Burner Coffee Machine The property also boasts a dedicated workspace, spacious living room with real wood fire, downstairs w.c and three double bedrooms each with en-suite and luxury ironed cotton sheets and towels provided. Wifi and access to TV and Netflix are also provided for cosier nights in next to the fire! Easy self check-in and check-out are through the secure lock box provided. One allocated parking space is available on a driveway and on street parking is available on Church Street. Entrance is through a private entrance way and there is a spacious and well-presented outdoor space with a patio and garden to enjoy. Located exceptionally close to local amenities and sites, including a number of restaurants, pubs and shops in Cawthorne village together with the beautiful local church and museum. Cannon Hall Country Park is within walking distance which has an award-winning farm shop selling high quality produce. The sensational Underneath the Stars festival takes place annually in the village and is a short walk away, making this the perfect base to enjoy the festival.
