Newly renovated house. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, modern bedroom with impressive reach to anywhere in Leeds. Head out and wander through the nearby markets and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom space is very generous whilst accommodating a comfortable double bed as well as a desk/study area. In addition, this property also has a big and lovely garden.

Neighbourhood information

The place itself is a 8-10 minutes walk from St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Useful amenities available within a 5 minute walking distance include Morrisons, Lidl supermarket as well as many small independent retailers and shops.
