Our house is situated in the homely town of Pontypridd just 8-10 mins from Pontypridd Station and the University of South Wales. There is a local convenience store and takeaways 3-4 mins walk away. Our home has great transport connections to the main city of Cardiff (approx 25 mins drive). Driving distance to the Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales and the famous Zip World Tower. The Welsh Coast is easily accessible from the house with Barry Island and Porthcawl both about 40 mins away. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard with 3 comfortable bedrooms; 2 doubles with double beds, and a single room with a single bed. All rooms have plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, side tables and night lamps. The master bedroom has a private en-suite. We also provide a double sofa bed in our living space that can be set for use upon request. We have a dinning area which can be used for nice family meals. Please enjoy ‘Complimentary Tea or Coffee’ in the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, the outside area has a patio/social area. There is also a small conservatory which is nice for relaxing in with access to a balcony overlooking the garden area. Downstairs cloakroom WC for convenience. We provide a washing machine, air dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, hob/oven, iron and hairdryer. Our house is clean and comfortable and equipped with all creature comforts including with high speed internet Wi-Fi and brand new smarts TV’s in the living space and bedrooms.
