A newly renovated beautiful property, it has 3 double bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. It located located near Preston City Centre, UCLAN and the train station and ideal for 6 guests.
The property has high-speed Vodafone internet, on-street parking, a functioning dining table and chairs and an equipped kitchen for our guest and small yard.
This a quiet neighbourhood. It 10 mins walk to Preston high street, Aldi, Lidl and morrisons.
Lots of street parking for guests.
Guest can also walk to train station, cinema, shopping malls and local supermarket
