All rooms are elegantly decorated and offer a flat-screen TV with Freeview and a modern bathroom with power shower and luxury Caroline Henry toiletries. Breakfast is served in the light-filled breakfast room and full English breakfast. Welcome to Grays, our new family-owned and run boutique bed & breakfast in a quiet, convenient location in central Bath. With stunning views across the city to the famous Royal Crescent, Grays is set in a large, welcoming 140 year old Victorian villa in a quiet residential area on the city's southern slopes. We offer parking, but only for one car per room and cars can not be left after check out. We are a gentle 12-15 minute walk from the centre of the city and 10 minute walk from the rail and bus stations. Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional accommodation and service, to make our guests feel they are ‘home from home’ and to make their stay in Bath one to remember. We believe that there are a few prerequisites that a boutique bed and breakfast must have – relaxing décor, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh linens, fluffy towels, welcoming guest areas, fresh flowers and a hearty breakfast with plenty of choice. These are the essentials that we combine with the highest standards of personal service. This is what Grays is all about.

Grays is easy to find if arriving by car. We are an easy 12-15 minute stroll down to the centre of Bath and just a 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations. Set on the southern slopes of the city, Grays offers amazing views across the city to the Royal Crescent and beyond.
