The well-equipped kitchen/diner boasts modern appliances, including a dual-fuel cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine/tumble dryer. A large pine dining table seats eight, with a highchair available for little ones. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a 5ft bed and en-suite shower room, offering plenty of space for a cot. A second double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) also includes an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has two 3ft beds and a basin, while the bunk bedroom features full-size bunks and a Velux window. A family bathroom with a bath, power shower, basin, and WC completes the floor. Guests can enjoy shared access to 1.5 acres of stunning grounds, featuring duck ponds, waterfalls, barbecue areas, and a children’s play hut.
