Chestnut Lodge is situated in over one acre of private gardens set in the beautiful quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge has recently been totally renovated to a luxury standard, keeping its original features with lovely exposed oak beams, from its original cowshed. There is a fully fitted oak kitchen and open plan lounge/diner, including microware, fridge freezer, electric cooker and cookware. In the living room there is a leather sofa, glass coffee table, 42" flat screen TV. There are two double bedrooms both with luxury beds and soft memory foam mattresses, the luxury feel is complete with designer bed linen for a perfect night’s sleep. There is a private courtyard area with furniture and BBQ facilities where you can relax, and entertain, furthermore, guests have full use of the private garden, extending to over 1 acre, which is safe for playing with the children.
The Lodge is situated on a quiet lane where you can explore Norfolk, walk the dog and watch the wild life and take in the amazing Norfolk skies! Northall Green is located between Swanton Morley and Dereham. It's tranquil, quiet and is the perfectly situation for exploring wonderful Norfolk. Its about 15 miles from Norwich, set within the Breckland district in a conservation area. The nearby town has a plethora of pubs and restaurants and a local cinema. Nearby outings include, Gressenhall Farm & Workhouse, with a working farm and cafe, Pensthorpe Natural Park, the beautiful North Norfolk coast, Roar Dinosaur Adventure and the newly opened Norwich Golf Club.
