Property information

Ground Floor: A large garage with parking for one car. There is hanging space for wetsuits and plenty of room for boards and bicycles. To one side is the washing machine and in the corner is the newly created shower room with hand basin and WC. Perfect after days at the beach! An entrance door to the right of the garage leads up one flight of stairs to the first floor. Bedroom One: King sized bed, bedroom furniture and original arched window. Bedroom Two: A double bed and bedroom furniture Bedroom Three: A single bed and built-in wardrobe There is a tiled family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, WC and washbasin Another flight of stairs leads up to the second floor which is stunning! The kitchen has fully integrated appliances; two ovens, a dishwasher and fridge- freezer. The induction hob has an extractor over it and there is a freestanding microwave. Definitely one for the keen cook! A few more steps lead up to the living room with its beautiful vaulted ceiling and original stained glass windows. There is seating for five guests on comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a dining area with seating for six.

Neighbourhood information

Church Mews is your dream holiday location. A newly renovated church conversion in the heart of old Exmouth, it is very close to all Exmouth's attractions. The beach is a five-minute walk as is the Town Centre, with its wide choice of places to eat, including Mickeys, The River Exe floating cafe & The Point bar & Grill. The train station is also nearby for stress free days out along the Devon coast, or hop on a boat trip with Stuart Line Cruises for a different view of the Jurassic coast.
