Large spacious 3 bedroom property situated in the heart of Rye. Sitting in the shadow of St Mary’s Church and opposite the Town Hall it’s central to everything yet peaceful & quiet. The building was re-built in 1420 and the Tearoom under this property is now the oldest established Tearoom in Rye. This beautiful large property has been decorated to compliment this charming old building. With its wonky floors and beamed rooms it’s the perfect place to stay. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Very quiet location at night and easily walkable to everything you need.
