Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in the beautiful City of Canterbury. City centre location within walking distance to all attractions. This modern home is newly renovated with three bedrooms to sleep five people - 1 x king, 1 x Superking or can be changed to 1 x twin (upon request) & 1 x single. It has a kitchen / diner and a comfortable lounge for all the family. Off road private driveway parking for two cars. Outdoors it has a patio, deck and lawn in a large private garden for use in spring and summer.

A city centre location within sight of the Cathedral. Walking distance to all amenities and local Sainsbury's supermarket with Starbucks Driving, walking or local public transport.
